About me
Hi, I’m Natalie Matthews
I once had no clear sense of who I was or what I truly wanted. Over time, I uncovered my desires—only to convince myself they were out of reach. Eventually, I realized that living in peace, joy, and alignment was worth every moment of discomfort that change required.
Like so many of us, I spent years absorbing cultural messages about what a “successful” life should look like. I earned multiple college degrees, got married, bought a home, had a child, and spent over 20 years growing a career—believing that if I followed the formula, happiness and safety would follow. Some of those things did bring me joy. Others didn’t. One day, while waiting to board a flight for a business trip—my infant son at home with my husband—I suddenly thought:
“Who am I?”
I was a mother, a wife, an employee, a sister, a daughter. But what about me? What were my genuine interests? What did I want my life to be? That moment sparked a journey.
Along the way, I read Martha Beck’s The Way of Integrity, and it resonated so deeply that it set me on a path to remember who I really was. It also led me to Martha’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training, which I completed in July 2025.
Through that training, I gained the tools to crack open the surface of my life—to move past the repetitive thoughts in my mind and uncover what truly lights me up. The biggest surprise? I realized the only limits on my life were the ones I believed in.
In time, I finally got clear on who I was and what I wanted —and now, as I complete my final coach certification, I’m thrilled to work with people who feel that same yearning. Those who hear that quiet whisper inside:
“You were meant for more.”
Together, we’ll partner to uncover your inner knowing. We’ll create space for your truth to rise to the surface. You’ll get tools and support to move past the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what’s real and possible for you.

“Six months ago, I divorced the partner I had been with for 20 years. As a result, my entire life changed. Everything, all at once, was different and foreign. I found myself in a new house, in a new city, no longer someone’s “wife”. Even little things were unfamiliar: …

new furniture, drinking glasses, pots, pans, and towels. It felt like I had been kidnapped by aliens and dropped off on a different planet. I was grieving and I was scared, and I felt terribly unmoored. Then, about two and a half months into my new life, I was thrown a lifeline: weekly coaching sessions with Natalie. Our first session took place on my birthday. I’m now four months into coaching, and I can honestly say it has been the most impactful gift I have ever received. Here’s why: My sessions with Natalie have enabled me to see how I truly want to live life. In addition, they have given me the tools to navigate this new, authentic life. And I’ve already experienced some pretty incredible results. For example, I’m starting to have this trust in myself that I absolutely did not have before. On top of that, my sessions with Natalie have enabled me to access this inner peace that I did not know was available to me. This new sense of empowerment, coupled with this inner peace, has allowed me to embark on a creative project that I had been thinking about for years. Having this creative purpose has given me even more self-confidence and inner peace, plus joy! And it is my work with Natalie that has gotten me on this path. Here’s why I believe Natalie is such an incredible life coach: she is extremely knowledgeable, wise, non-judgmental, kind, caring, generous, approachable, and passionate about what she does. If you are feeling burnt out or overwhelmed with your life or are facing a major life change like I was, I highly encourage you to try life coaching with Natalie. It is a gift you will be giving your future self.” goes here
